IT Applications Support

1.Perform daily and weekly check lists.

2.Solve sales and customers’ tickets related to WiMAX and VoIP Billing systems.

3.Create, Design and schedule reports using Crystal tool.

4.Create new products, modifying charges, run postpaid EoP.

5.Generating and activating pins, and communicate it with concerned teams(E-voucher vendor, inventory, PD).

6.Test new enhancements and new upgrades in coordination with Billing team leader and Perform testing process for web applications systems.

7.Open support tickets with vendor and follow it.

8.Trains end-users, resellers and internal staff on using applications.

9.Manage system users and audit it.

10.Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
