Luxury Sales Executive

The primary function of this role is to promote the Showroom and its Brand name through effective sales and customer friendly service. To be aware of sales targets and work towards achieving these targets on a daily and monthly basis in line with the Showroom policy and guidelines.



Main Responsibilities:



1) Work and collaborate with the Showroom / Shop Manager to oversee day to day operations of the shop.



2) Attend, greet and provide excellent customer service by developing and building a warm and professional relation with the customer.



3) Seek to establish a long term relationship with customers to provide personalized services and retain prospective clientele.



4) Boost sales and achieve objectives and sales target.



5) Verify stock level at the beginning and end of each shift.



6) Acquire product knowledge to create product awareness to the customer and monitor inventory and stock availability.



7) Carry out the appropriate product presentation, in-Showroom- pricing, tagging, steaming, folding and other merchandising activities.



8) Carry out sales duties to achieve Showroom and individual targets by influencing the sale ensuring that superior customer standards and satisfaction are maintained at all times.



9) Be aware of day to day/ monthly individual and Showroom targets to be achieved.



10) Deal with minor customer complaints and refer extreme cases to the Showroom Manager/ Assistant Manager for action and resolutions.



11) Comply with all Showroom security policy and regulations at the start or end of your shift.
