Purpose: To support young Saudis in building their business soft skills at the same time providing them a comprehensive overview towards the roles and responsibilities of a Field Sales Representative.
The program includes Nestle training modules, covering the Merchandising skills (Point of Sales material management & placement), Nestle categories/product knowledge, Sales channels overview, steps of the sales call including field visits. Over and above the participants will also be trained towards effective presentation skills.
Upon successful completion of the program participants who demonstrated high level of performance and potential during the program will be offered a job opportunity as Field Sales Representative with our company.
