Restaurant Manager - London Business Group

• Meets restaurant financial objectives by achieving the financial targets, controlling costs ( food, labor, administration), control inventory and analyse variances.Make action plan to correct the variances.

• Achieves restaurant operational objectives by ensuring restaurant opening and closing procedures are adhered to, ensure production control measures are in place, analyse and schedule staff as per restaurant requirement, ensure quality, and customer-service standards are adhered to at all times; implement preventive maintenance systems, resolving problems; determining system improvements; implementing change.

• Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation.

• Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by assisting in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

• Maintain appropriate stock levels at all times, minimizing waste and cost in the assigned restaurant Ensure store Opening and Closing procedures for the assigned store are adhered to and documented.

• Ensure delivery of consistent high quality products, following standard recipe specifications.

• Ensure friendly, quick and accurate service at all times that exceeds guest expectations.

• Ensure sequence of service is followed

• Ensure staffs are trained on guest service, complaint handling.
