Sales Manager

- Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.

- Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

- Lead, motivate and direct the Field sales team in order to fully accomplish through them the annual and cycle product sales volume, availability, visibility and communication targets.

- Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets

- Achieve the required in-store product distribution and visibility within all sales channels.

- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings

- Work closely with other members of field force in order to secure that all business plans are well communicated.
