Our client is one of the regions established and significant regional investment banking, asset management, PE and broking businesses with a strong track record of success, an established client base and a strong network.
We are seeking an experienced associate with a very strong M&A deal execution skillset to help in handling a strong pipeline for the firm and strengthen the execution capabilties in the UAE office.
The individual will support the VP in executing deals from cradle to grave. The sector coverage will be generalist in nature, often signficant in size and highly structured or often will be more solutuion driven type mandates.
As such the individual will need to bring very strong quantitative skills as well as a strong commercial and creative mind able to rationalise complex business opportunities.
The firm has a long pedigree and perhaps a slightly pedantic attitude towards ensuring consistency in the quality of the output they have produced for many years.
The UAE team is smaller than the head office, so it is imperitive that an individual coming in at this level who will have a very big impact on local execution capabilities and as such the client is in no mood to compromise on the quality and experience of the individual they hire.
