Job Purpose:
Managing service operation in Abu Dhabi, Al-Ain & Western Region with continuous improvement of efficiency, cost effectiveness, while maximizing productivity.
Meeting or exceeding CSI with due regard to health & safety, setting & monitoring service business objectives & KPIs, preparing annual budgets, maintaining & expanding customer loyalty, team building and maintaining excellent customers & associates relationships & engagement.
Description:
Revenue & Turnover:
Achievement of Service revenue & Gross Margin targets for designated region (Abu Dhabi, Al-Ain & Western Region).
Productivity & Efficiency:
Ensure all service jobs are carried out at the highest quality & workmanship standards, in a most cost effective way; and exceed productivity & efficiency targets.
Customer Relations & CSI:
Establish & maintain good working relations with customers to ensure repeat sales & referral business. Handling of customer complaints in a most impressive way that will create a relation strengthening opportunity.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Care:
Ensure a safe working environment is maintained in all workshops & that all members of the service team strictly follow & practice Famco's HSE policy, ISO standards & VCE Core values "quality, safety & environment"
Team Building & Competence development:
Ensure best suitable candidates are included in the team when and where required; and taking structured approach for all team members competence development by assigning Computer based trainings in Compass, arranging Instructor lead trainings by principals & through In-house organized training by Famco trainers.
Resource Management & asset maintenance:
Planning & monitoring staffing levels, provision of recommended Tools & equipment for workshop & technicians to ensure that service standards set by principal & business objectives are met. Ensure that all workshop assets are well maintained & up kept in best condition. Ensure proper housekeeping is well maintained across all workshops
