Create training materials in the form of on-line courses, manuals, flow charts, quick reference guides and checklists. Assist in the development and/or validation of training objectives.
Develop, plan, facilitate, support/ validate Process Improvement initiatives. Perform process mapping, documentation, validation, measurement and gap analysis on task/process performance statistics.
Deliver training and use a variety of instructional approaches including classroom, one-to-one and blended learning strategies. Create, administer and analyze results of effectiveness measures. Provide synopsis of training and course effectiveness to Line Manager and Customers as required.
Analyzes and evaluates Customers policy and training gaps on an on-going basis to keep training current and effective
Evaluate the quality and content of training, including course design, instruction, training materials and learning reinforcement strategies
