Call Center Agent

Main roles and responsibilities:

The main responsibility is to answer incoming calls and respond to emails; manage and resolve any concerns the customer may have; provide the customer with information on the Center; enter new customer information into the system, process orders, forms and applications; identify and escalate priority issues; route calls to appropriate resources; document all call information; complete call logs and produce call reports. The incumbent will also oversee administrative work as directed by the Group Leader.
