1. Construct data accumulation systems for a cost accounting system

2. Create and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems

3. Assist in the production of the annual Budget and periodic Forecasting

4. Assist in providing Management reporting for decision making

5. Report on breakeven points by Projects and Business.

6. Report on margins by Projects and Business.

7. Report on periodic variances and their causes, focusing in particular on spending variances

8. Analyze the cost of Project as part of the month-end close

9. Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies.

10. Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles.

11. Analyze capital budgeting requests.

12. Competitive cost analysis for new projects and business
