Operations Manager

We are looking for an operations Manager with a strong electrical engineering background and experience in HVAC for our electro-mechanical company based in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate would have experience in handling various major projects within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.



The incumbent will be responsible for managing multi skilled team of both technicians and engineers.

Candidates should be proficient in both Arabic and English, have a strong Engineering background, ideally degree qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have both the operational and also commercial experience required.



Candidate with transferable Iqama would be given priority.



The duties will include



Ensure best in class service delivery through strong management skills and the optimization of in house and external resources.

Meet at all time the contractual obligations and target.

Develops and maintains a relationship with all contactors and vendors ensuring efficient operations.

Regularly inspects projects sites of concern.

Being accountable for organizing the day to day procedures of diverse activities, upkeep and vendor management are contacted in a cost productive and efficient manner.

Work in collaboration with the customer’s management and service subcontractors.

Responsible to operate in agreement with accepted functioning guidelines and budget.

Must be proficient in leading employees at multiple sites or a local assembly of isolated sites.

Require pro-activeness in identifying and resolving issues by including management strategy, client relations, team building and contractual strategies.

Other duties related to the project management& operations as deemed necessary by higher management.
