Program Manager - Banking Industry - COMM-IT MIDDLE EAST LLC

Essential Job Functions:

• Work with the team members and strategic partners to design and develop strategies to introduce banking programs in different markets

• Launch, document and monitor pilot programs with the goal of replicating mobile banking models across diverse markets

• Cultivate partnerships and maintain close relationships with technology companies, telecoms, financial institutions and key players in the value chain

• Research technological innovations, business models and industry best practices

• Manage the mobile banking program using established program and project management processes to ensure compliance with organizational strategies, goals and objectives

• Educate internal and external stakeholders about mobile banking and related practices

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Expert understanding of mobile banking and alternative channels.

• Strong technological background, including expert understanding of system architecture and wireless communication technology

• Demonstrated program leadership skills in a matrix organization structure; experience leading cross-functional and diverse teams

• Experience in operational and field issues associated with retail banking, experience in emerging market a plus

• Excellent writing, research and communication skills; ability to gather, synthesize and present information in a professional, compelling and practical manner

• Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills, including use of financial models

• Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
