Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and screening applicants for present and future job opportunities. Advertises job openings, interviews applicants, selects the most suitable match, and screens applicant by checking background and references.

Should be able to work for independent recruitment agencies, building relationships with clients, developing recruitment solutions and managing a dedicated team of recruitment consultants.



Ensure that all phases of the recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, presentation, negotiation of offers and reference and background checks are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and executed.

Support consistent management practices including performance management, coaching, career planning, development, and training for all team members.



Work with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and priorities to help build an effective recruiting strategy for their assigned client.



Manage and coach Recruiters to ensure risk/controls are managed tightly; provide coaching, audit results to ensure compliance of all recruiting polices and processes.
