RF Systems Engineer

• Conduct research and development on communications technologies.

• Perform electromagnetic and RF analysis.

• Design, implement, debug and test RF circuits and systems.

• Use test equipment including network analyzers, oscilloscopes, function generators, and spectrum analyzers to benchmark the performance of electronic systems.

• Use of software tools and test equipment to model, analyze, simulate and test RF electronic designs (CST, PSPICE, HFSS and other simulation tools).

• Perform cost/size/performance trade-off analysis of different circuit options.

• Analyze and advise on the selection of subsystem components.

• Plan and develop experimental test programs to verify compliance to all applicable regulations and quality guidelines.

• Analyze test data and reports to determine if the proposed design meets functional and performance specifications.

• Prepare technical writings, system requirements, progress reports, test procedures and user manuals.

• Write/Review communications system specifications.

• Carry out technical surveys and studies.
