We are a large retail group representing many of the world's most recognized brands now opening our store in Salmiya, Kuwait. Currently, we are recruiting Sales Assistants with at least 1-2 years of work experience in the retail sector. You must be fluent in English, presentable and able to work long hours.
Candidates must be on an (18) Work Visa OR a transferable visa.

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
1. Welcomes and greets customers with smile and acknowledges the presence of other customers while serving a customer.
2. Uses product knowledge to explain features and benefits of the product to satisfy customer needs.
3. Increases sales using cross-sell and up-sell techniques.
4. Closes sale to customers' satisfaction and directs him/her to the cash counter/introduces to staff of other section, if required.
5. Keeps track and has knowledge of 'new arrivals' and 'best sellers' and is aware of competing products.
6. Keeps knowledge of current promotions & events within the store and the respective section.
7. Informs customers of active sales promotion going on within the store.
8. Handles all customer queries and complaints by being professional and empathetic.
9. Ensures Brands’ merchandising principles are maintained.
10. Awareness of fast and slow moving products and communicates out of stock / overstock situations to Section Team Leader/Store Supervisor.
11. Maintains high standards of personal hygiene and grooming and adheres to company dress code.
12. Supports all promotions by being aware of all in-store offers.
13. Checks stock levels prior to promotion and discusses any problems with the Section Team leader
14. Assists in protection of stores assets by correctly carrying out procedures for prevention of theft and reporting any staff / customer dishonesty or irregularity to store management.
15. Minimizes stock losses by maintaining a degree of vigilance over stock and stock movement.
16. Implements all price changes accurately
