After a record year in 2013, The PageGroup is looking for ambitious and open minded Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Middle East business, based in the MENA Region’s financial hub - Dubai.
In this role you will have the opportunity to recruit Accounting & Finance positions for the entire UAE market. You will be supported by a team of consultants with over 100 years of combined experience and you will be provided formal and informal training & development, specific to the Middle-East recruitment market.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify, develop and manage client business relationships in a competitive environment.
- Consulting, advising clients on the best recruitment strategy for their business
- Developing client and candidate relationships
- Sourcing candidates from various databases, headhunting and advertising campaigns, on behalf of your client
- Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage and beyond
Your job will involve:
- Promoting the services of Page Group and yourself to clients, initially by telephone and then by way of a formal meeting or group presentation
- Interviewing candidates for specific assignments
- Presenting suitable candidates to clients by way of detailed CVs or assessments
- Ensuring peripheral arrangements such as interview times, dates, job descriptions etc. are in place and communicated to all relevant parties
- Forging long-term relationships resulting in repeat business and client/candidate loyalty
- Providing a professional and consultative service to both clients and candidates based on your market and commercial awareness
- Working as an integral part of a team focusing on the broader day to day issues of business development, effective communication, systems and procedures, training and contributing to the financial success of the team
- Making maximum use of your time to achieve your individual and business potential through activity, energy, persistence, drive and motivation
