Senior Genesys Engineer - Penta Consulting

I am URGENTLY seeking a Senior Genesys Engineer for an 18 month assignment in Nairobi, Kenya.



The ideal Candidate will have the following:

Genesys certified engineer on version 8

Minimum of 5 years experience



Knowledge of the following:

Inbound Voice

GVP

SIP

Integration with Audiocodes, mediant 5000 preferred

IWS knowledge

Infomart



Preferred:

Advisers, interactive insights

Outbound, callback

Base 7

Some Cisco knowledge



Engineer would need to do both support of above and be part of team for project deployment.
