We are in search of a talented and creative candidate for our Visual Manager. The Visual Manager must have an eye for detail and the ability to drive OUTSTANDING service in our stores by creating an exciting shopping environment for our guests.
Requirement:
•Development of Visual Strategy.
•Manage correct implementation and maintenance of the visual strategy
•Communicate up to date knowledge of visual trends and issues and provide direction to stores regarding seasonal launches
•Manage implementation of seasonal launches in all stores
•Visit stores to evaluate visuals and assist with corrective action if necessary
•Assist with implementation of visual principles and practices for new stores
•Co-ordinate resources required to assist with new store openings and launches
•Implement and create the looks of the store as per the Brand calendar i.e. new launches, sales/promotions, renovation/revamping etc.
•In store Merchandising to be executed as per the floor sets/trading notes provided by the Principal.
•Provide feedback on Visual requirements
•Manage availability of visual equipment
•Control visual equipment budget
