Waiter/Waitress - Switch Restaurant and Lounge

-Follow the Standards of Performance accordingly in every aspect of service.

-Use Checklist to perform opening and closing duties.

-Follow all procedures as set by the standard module.

-Ensure all the mise en place are done before the service starts.

-Check and organize the side station before and after the operation of each shift.

-Double check all the set up before the operation starts according to set standard.

-Know the different table set ups as per standard.

-Serve food and beverages to guest as per standard.

-Ensure that guest receive prompt, friendly and personalized service.

-Have sound understanding and knowledge of operation philosophy and be able to explain to enquiring guest.

-Have full knowledge of food and beverage in the menu.

-Address customer needs by upselling or suggesting food and beverage items from the menu.

-Act as a final check on the quality of food and beverage items before they are serve.

-Assist the management in maintaining standards by reporting problems.

-Keep stations and surrounding areas clean, free of debris and organized.

-Notify the manager of specific guests' needs and request.

Clean and maintain all the equipment used.

-Act as a role model to a new staff members by displaying high level of professionalism and integrity.

-Ensure that guest needs are met by providing an efficient and professional service.

Coordinate with colleagues whenever necessary regarding operational problems.

-Participate in regular meetings and briefings as maybe scheduled.

-Understand an abide by all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention regulations.

-Keep informed of special promotions or events to be able to promote offering and be responsive to guest enquiries.
