As an Account Manager / Marketing Advisor you will be responsible for helping your company, market through our retailers. You will work with retailers by helping them develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive results for each key brand… in summary, it’s all about helping the manufacturer’s and retailer’s brands work together to drive incremental sales.
1. Regular outbound calling to new and existing consumer electronic resellers
2. Provide excellent support to inbound opportunities (email, live chat, and phone calls)
3. Ability to establish and expand relationships with business owners and decision makers
4. As a marketing expert and advisor, demonstrate an ability to recommend the right campaigns (both by manufacturer and marketing mix - email, banner ads, Facebook, direct mail, etc.)
5. Proven ability to understand your customers needs, think quickly and overcome objections
6. Most of all… develop and maintain exceptional advisory relationships with existing customers that always exceed their needs
7. Burning desire to exceed individual and team goals while all demonstrating the best values of Revenue and all our marketing partners (manufacturers and resellers)
8. Understand the issues and challenges of Revenue so you can help us grow… what new products should we offer? How can we make the system better? What are customers looking for?
