A reputable Billion pounds FMCG company with More than 10,000 employees is seeking to hire:Chief Financial Officer



Reporting to Chief Executive Officer



Responsibilities:



Provide support for business strategy development and execution

•Lead and align strategic planning, AOP, forecast and capital planning processes.

•Provide analytical and planning support in the development and achievement of performance targets.



Financial Stewardship

•Ensure the financial integrity of operations by safeguarding company assets and prudent balance sheet management.

•Satisfy all legal, tax, accounting, management reporting and Corporate governance requirements cost effectively.

•Establish a strong internal control environment.



Performance Management

•Clearly articulate operating performance in reporting, forecasts and the development of contingency planning.



Front-line Financial Services

•Drive continuous improvement in the delivery of cost effective front-line financial services (e.g. settlement and commercial administration.



Build Capability

•Sponsor sustainable continuous improvement within Finance as measured by cost, effectiveness and timeliness.

•Build skill and capability in the Finance organization.
