As a representative of NARS Cosmetics, the Counter Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals, acting as a role model in NARS artistry, service and product knowledge and upholding the company's image through her/him courteous & efficient personalized service to our customers. This position is responsible for monitoring and coaching the performance of Make Up Artists, handle administrative reports, motivate/train/develop the team to achieve goals, have great artistry skills and lead by example.
Essential Job Duties
Customer Service:
•Demonstrate NARS techniques in makeup, skincare, selling and service activities and Core Values
•Executes event strategies effectively
•Support/develop Make Up Artists to provide consistent, elevated service
•Cultivates a team atmosphere to increase performance and productivity
•Maintains a clean and hygienic work environment
•Establishes friendly and professional atmosphere
•Reports customers' concerns and needs to the company
Business Skills:
•Achieves sales goals
•Arranges and reports schedules for Make Up Artists and store
•Controls and communicates inventory needs properly
•Coordinates and follows the company's marketing plan
Administrative:
•Submits required information timely and accurately to the Department Manager
•Reliable, dependable and self-starter
•Conducts business consistent with NARS standards
•Communicates effectively with NARS Make Up Artists, Store Management & NARS Management
