Elevator Draftsman - Executive Solutions

Salary: Up to AED 11,000



The Draftsman role will be reporting to the Technical Office Manager and the Engineers, aiding them in preparing drawings, and other technical documentation to help the Engineers in delivering different types of elevators on the site. He/ She shall be in charge of creating drawings to set the elevators in which he shall set the proper client dimensions in the architectural and steel structure drawings. He will also be in charge in identifying client drawings and specifications that is essential to deliver the required elevator and parts to ensure that the client’s needs are met.



Below are the main responsibilities for this role;



• Develop or create preliminary sketches or schematics, layout, detail, and drawings.

• Assisting the Engineer’s with the designing and revising of the elevator plan or layouts, preparing as-built drawings.

• Responsible for gathering all the necessary information to develop a final design.

• Ensures that all drafting works will be done in accordance with all the contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards.

• Maintaining the systematic filing system of all approved drawings in soft and hard copies.

• Maintaining records for all changes and updates on design drawings.

• Maintaining a computer log for all his drawings and projects files.
