A leading international Oil and Gas company is looking for a Health, Safety and Environment Security manager (HSES) based between their Sharjah and Jebel Ali offices.
The candidate will be a key member of the HSE management team and will be reporting to the CEO and COO.
The candidate MUST have:
- Environmental Degree
- 5 Years HSES experience
- Min 2 years experience in UAE
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Establish and maintain a HSES culture within the group with the objective of ensuring that all operations are executed in accordance with the best industry practice.- Evaluate and improve the HSES team capability through recommended professional development and training programs.- Ensure that all operations personnel (Including employee, subcontractors and labour supply personnel) have the appropriate licenses, certificates and training.- Prepare and publish a monthly group HSE report.- Conduct regular HSES audits and establish corrective action plans when operations are not conducted in accordance with HSES directives.
