Financial Analyst - HQ - United Arab Shipping Company

Job Purpose:

- To perform Financial Analysis, prepare Financial Model and prepare presentations/note for internal and external audience.



Responsibilities:

- Preparing detailed Financial Model and analyse various financing options available for Debt and Equity Financing.

- Populate / develop financial models and perform financial analysis viz. ROI, DCF, IRR, Enterprise Value, etc. Possess an understanding of financial management, financial analysis and reporting.

- Assist in preparing presentations and notes to provide feedback to the Executive Management / BOD / Shareholders on the financing strategy and options for successful completion of the financing.

- Preparing information package for lenders viz. Lender presentation, Comprehensive Information Memorandum, Financial Model, assumption file etc.

- Assist team in entire post financing servicing of the lenders not limited to quarterly/semi-annual UASC results, analysis and updates including UASC annual credit, financial and security covenants review.

- Assist the team with regular update on the shipping industry and financial markets.
