Financial Controller-Intermarcas-Angola - Incoserv SAL (Offshore)

•Consolidation of monthly Sales and margin report, P&L and BS of all AA companies with Actual Vs Budget.

•Preparation of All Books and records ready from all Regions for External auditors in liaison with the respective Regional Financial controllers.

•Ensure that all legal Taxes are paid within the stipulated time limit from all regions.

•Follow up and ensure that annual financial returns to government are submitted in time.

•Periodical visit to all provinces to ensure that all accounting works are up to date.

•Prepare all Records for consolidation and Audit by Local audit authorities.

•Prepare Daily sales Report and send to Group consolidation.

•Send monthly Financial Reports to Group consolidation after approval from Finance Manager.

•Liaison with Group consolidation and submit the required information in consultation with FM.

•Program Leave Plans of all Accounting Staffs and provide substitution to ensure that work will not be delayed.

•Assist the FM is all Accounts and Finance related matters.
