The Role:
As a Head Chef working in the field of new product development you will be responsible for kitchen operations and working closely with a Project Manager to create new products and write recipes.
Skills & Experience:
You will have/be:
- An effective communicator who has a passion for hospitality- Previously worked in a multi-cuisine fine dining restaurant and developed new and successful menu itliStrong proven problem solving skills and be culinary driven- 3 years' proven experience in leading a team of junior staff- A relevant hospitality qualification or relevant experience.
