HR Officer - Alghanim Industries

To contribute to the business Human Resources service, by providing daily administrative support to the HR Team, as well as providing information/advice to managers, candidates and employees under the supervision of the HR Manager.



Key Responsibilities:



• Time bound sourcing, screening and selection of candidates for authorised recruitment requirements;

• Prepare and offer employment contracts;

• Prepare interview schedule/itinerary, visas, flights, accommodation and transportation for overseas candidates;

• Liaise with Business Administrators to complete all Government Services formalities and On boarding of resources into the business;

• Create and maintain accurate files and reports;

• Assist HR Manager in disciplinary investigations;

• Any other duties/ projects assigned by HR Manager from time to time.
