•Manage CCC" business relationship with STC in the Central Region.
•Manage the entire HR function for CCC in the Central Region which includes but not limited to:-
-Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
-HR Operations
-Talent Management
-Employee Retention
-Data Management
-Employee Satisfaction
-HR Reporting
-Audit & Compliance
•Responsible for identifying manpower requirements of all functions across the region by shortlisting, conducting interviews and selection of successful candidates.
•Manage the administrative activities related to personnel leaves, vacations, introduction letters and attendance according to the policies and procedures of CCC.
•Ensuring that personnel related transactions have all the required approval levels and are according to the approved policies and procedures.
•Managing the medical insurance transactions such as introducing new employees, renewal, employee claims…etc.
•Manage the activities of work related to termination, recruitment and/ or new recruits such as passports, health insurance, salary and filing them in coordination with concerned employees.
•Conduct Induction programs for new recruits.
•Maintain & solve people’s issues.
•Represent HR in all company’s activities in the Central Region.
•Prepare all kind of HR reports that are required by HR HO or the client.
