• Analyze markets and identify new partners across all intigral territories (KSA and International)
• Evaluate partners portfolio of product, services, and content and apply clear selection methodology (business case, service uniqueness, exclusivity, etc..) to select and on board partners
• Negotiate with partners the best Business model/commercial terms that fits intigral strategy, direction, and business targets
• Follow up internally across all departments to ensure contract signature, integration, test and launch of services, revenues reporting and invoices, and termination
• Use internal tools and ensure monitoring of accounts performance vs budget
• Communicate to management accounts results, and develop enhancement plans, and new initiatives to meet targets
• Build clear and precise visibility and understanding of all partners’ services including best/least performing, unique, branded, etc., define a plan to turn around low performing services and alternatively ensure continuous cleanup/termination for low performing services and support for strong services
• Develop a detailed marketing plan for each partner to promote services across all channels (bulk, MCA, ECN, digital, cross selling) and Collaborate closely with marketing team to ensure execution
• Coordinate with STC account management team to push partner’s selected services and actively follow up on the requests to ensure execution
• Hold recurrent meetings with all partners depending on partner importance
• Support partners in all their requests and ensure strong partner satisfaction
• Achieve sales and gross margin targets
