1- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
2- Prepare Lease contracts.
3- Assist in signing the contracts.
4- Prepare invoices, reports, letters, financial statements and other documents.
5- Coordinate appointments to prospects Tenants.
6- Review and understand all leasing contract terms and conditions and be knowledgeable to answer customer questions.
7- Ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationships
8- Perform other related duties as required.
