We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for handling rental payments from tenants while working closely in coordination with the Direct Senior Manager, Legal Department, Finance Department and upon acceptance of all terms prepares the final lease agreements, sends out documents, retrieves the
documents from the tenants and then monitors the safe keeping of such documentation, payment schedules and communications.
Previous experience in a similar role is a must to successfully qualify for this job.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Present properties in the best light to promote lettings
• Advertise the property for lease or rent on various viable media options
• Attending to advertising or promotional campaign calls for lease properties and closing sales
• Provide professional advice to potential tenants
• Prepare lease agreements
• Organize to collect required documents from tenants
• Collection of deposits and rent
• Manage and file property agreements for leased properties
• Resolve various tenant issues
• Oversee eviction in case of rent agreement violation scenarios
• Update the company about the physical condition of the property, and all financial arrangements
• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
• Perform all other duties as assigned
Required to start by: 1st August 2014
