Recruiter - MEIH

• Sourcing applicants for open positions.

• Reviewing and screening applicants for basic compliance with position qualification.

• Conducting first interview with shortlisted candidates and preparing an interview report for each candidate.

• Working with hiring managers to select the best qualified applicants

• Extending job offers

• Assisting in performing reference and background checks for potential employees

• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

• Using applicant tracking system to correctly process applicants and new hires

• Other duties as assigned
