Carry out the maintenance and repair for the refrigeration units, according to the work schedule and the procedures and work instructions, to keep the refrigeration units operational and up to maintenance standards. With experience of screw compressors (Blitzer or Copland 30 ton)
Key Accountabilities
1. Daily inspection
Daily inspect the cooling units (cars and cold stores) for proper functioning and temperature, to prevent the units from breakdown and to ensure the correct temperatures, and return the records to the Workshop Supervisor.
2. Repair
Carry out the repairs in cases of breakdown or after inspection, in line with checklists and work instructions, in order to keep the cooling units operational.
3. Planned maintenance
Carry out the planned inspections and maintenance services for the cooling units, according to the work scheduling and service sheets.
4. Reporting
Fill up the job cards and maintenance reports about work done and return to Supervisor.
