- Provide analytical and technical support to the team
- Handle local and international analysis requests coming from client service executives.
- Develop and update templates and charts
- Maintain inter-departmental administrative procedures (e.g. feedback forms, brief Forms…etc) and account administration, if required
- Analyze reports and provide insights to account executives/ managers for final decisions
- Develop effective working relationships within the team and other departments
- Develop insightful, analytical techniques and skills for advancement to next level
