• Responsible to meet clients in our showroom to sell natural stone (marble & granite products) with different patterns and finishes
• Helping in the design of custom-made products such as waterjet designs or floor patterns;
• Calculating client quotations and following job orders with production teams until client delivery
• Administering client accounts; recording and maintaining client contact data including engineers, architects, home-owners, contracting companies… etc;
• Maintain proper communication and conduct followup with clients through phone calls, emails, faxes, visits, CRM ... etc
• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions;
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;
• Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers;
• Identify resale opportunities, and support them to achieve sales plans.
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
• Solving client problems;
• Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about old, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
• Preparing reports for managers; analyzing sales;
• Meeting regular sales targets;
• Coordinating sales projects;
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
