- To motivate, train, recruit and drive a sales force of 15 people.

- Provide ongoing training to existing sales.

- Provide reports to sales director.

- Prepare reports for sales team performance.

- Put in place sales incentives.

- To conduct regular sales meetings.

- To conduct one to one's appraisal.

- To analyze any areas of strengths & weaknesses is the sales team.
