Salesman/Cashier

•Meet and Greet the customers



•Attend customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms;



•Closing the Sales at the Cash-Counter



•Contact new and existing customers in promoting new products, sales items, sales advertisements, promotions, etc.;



•Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and knowledge of product features, styles and uniqueness;



•Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products;



•Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for processing;



•Recommend ways for customers to alter product usage in order to improve production;



•Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations;



•Stock and distribute resources such as samples and promotional goods/items;



•Study information about new products so that the merchandise and goods can be accurately depicted and proper recommendations made;



•Visit establishments to evaluate needs and to promote product or service sales;



•Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information;



•Maintain customer records, using automated systems;



•Provide feedback to company's product design team so that products can be tailored to clients' needs;



•Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests;



•Check stock levels and reorder merchandise as necessary;



•Consult with clients after sales in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support;



•Obtain credit information about prospective customers;



•Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports;



•Plan, assemble, and stock product displays in retail stores, or make recommendations to retailers regarding product displays, promotional programs, and advertising;



•Arrange and direct delivery of merchandise, products and goods;



•Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders;



•Forward orders to manufacturers;
