Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Manage patients of the department.
2. Train the Para surgical staff, particularly the medical students, on the management of patients of the department.
3. Conduct research to help improve management of patients.
4. Establishes rapport w/ patients
5. Diagnoses health problem of patients
6. Treats health problem of patients
7. Advises patients and relatives
8. Consults supervisors on difficult and complicated cases
9. Makes medical recording and prepares reports
10. Performs surgical operations
11. Makes daily rounds of in patients
12. Attends and participates in departmental conferences and activities
Does other tasks assigned by supervisors
