Store Manager - Sharaf Retail Division

•Deliver a high level of store presentation and standards through effective execution of VM guidelines and ongoing training with the team.

•Maintain a consistent and effective focus on loss prevention within the team through ongoing training.

•Display and uphold safe work practices in line with the Colette by Colette Hayman WHS processes.

•Set the standard and coach cash handling and financial transactions in a thorough and detailed manner.

•Display a strong ability to follow through on operational directives set by the Regional Manager.

•Successfully coordinate multiple team level tasks and delegate to achieve business targets and goals.

•Highly organised ensuring timely delivery on operation deliverables(e.g. rostering, payroll and banking).

•Clear and concise communicator both over the phone and via email.

•Create inspiring A Class experiences with every customer and setting the service standard for the entire team.

•Be a brand ambassador by guiding the team to grow the stores loyal customer base through the Colette club.

•Develop each team member to deliver the highest level of sales and service standards.

•Lead and driving all sales focus set by the business with drive and determination.

•Contributing to the overall achievement of store sales budgets by supporting the development of team members.

•Love what you do and approach each day and task with passion and enthusiasm.

•Operate with integrity and transparency in all daily activities

•Be supportive of your team and create an environment of team cohesion and cooperation.

•Always act in a professional manner.

•Lead by example on the shop floor being an always present leader

•Communicate effectively keeping team members informed of the progress of store and business goals.

•Participate in recruitment of casual team members for your store.

•Effectively conduct induction training for all new team members within the store.

•Ensure all team members receive regular feedback and coaching.

•Proactively organise and facilitate team meetings to promote learning.
