VAS(Value Added Services) Developer - Altran

VAS Developer is responsible for end to end delivery of integration & development projects. Main responsibilities include:

- Technical design/plan for integrations and subsequent platform development with .NET skills

- Documentation and knowledge sharing of VAS Platforms and related systems to both internal and external teams

- Execution of platform development/upgrades required for integration & feature enhancement projects individually or via internal & external teams/resources

- Perform platform’s optimization & evolution aligned with business road map and service forecasts

- Set and monitor platform KPIs to ensure optimum performance and efficient service delivery

- Handover of development and integration projects to operations team

- Supporting operations/business teams with service configurations/definitions and migrations as and when required (which may require to perform/participate in outage activities other than normal office hours)

- Perform integration/migration/development acceptance/clearance tests, produce relevant test documentation and reports

- Vendor support management and interaction for reported issues or problems

- Ensure that Quality of Service is maintained after service/platform launch
