Responsibilities:
Analyst work will include financial analysis, modelling, research, competitive analysis, development of client presentations and reports, assistance in the execution of transactions, and drafting of memoranda for internal and external use. Analysts will work on a wide range of financing transactions including senior corporate debt, acquisition financing, real estate, restructurings, recapitalizations and mezzanine products.
