This is a newly created position that will provide analytical support the Procurement and Travel & Events teams.
Main responsibilities:
• Ensure the completeness of documents in the dedicated tools for Procurement and Event Management.
• Assure the timely closure of pending cases through close monitoring.
• Serve as a liaison between Finance & Accounting and Procurement & Travel & Events
• Prepare and compile reports to quickly understand where the issues are Research, benchmark and investigate to enable strategic decision-making by others
• Support Regional Travel & Events and Procurement manager in his/her agenda, prepare presentation and reports.
• Assist both departments with various projects
• Follow up and update SAP Travel & Events Master data for the Middle East region
• Compile and review the purchase/event cost versus the provided estimated budget before final booking.
• Maintain accurate spending records through the tool
• Identify and analyze loss and saving spend
