We’re looking to ignite sales in the UAE and GCC countries. You will help companies do more business worldwide by providing the content and translation services they need for their brochures, documents and websites.
We’re looking for hard-working, competitive and self-motivated Business Development Manager, who Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Also to have solid sales experience, preferably in PR, translation or the service sector.
Job Duties:
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations, championing our services and competitive offerings.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Defines long-term organizational strategic goals.
• Builds key customer relationships, and develop a rapport with new and existing clients.
• Maintains extensive knowledge to be aware and constantly up to date with of current market conditions and trends and competitors.
• Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
• Develop and follow-up on new business opportunities
• Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
• He/she may manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company.
• Develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company.
• To participate and represent the company at selected events
• Coordinate with the management team to increase awareness on client needs and requirements.
