Job Purpose -
Call Center Agents is responsible for building and maintaining the ongoing relationship between Alghanim Automotive Group and its customers. CCR are considered the core asset and the front line for building this advocacy.
Key Accountabilities
• Building the interest of customers in the products and services offered by Alghanim
• Proper handling of all customer inquiries and concerns
• Building ongoing relationships with customers
• Conducting follow up satisfaction surveys and with customers and take proper actions when needed
• Responsible for delivering exceptional customer care experience at different touch points
