Country Manager Lebanon - Manpower Middle East

As a Country Manager, you will be the driver for pursuing our client's long term sales growth objectives for Levant (Lebanon, Jordan, Syria) in the Automotive Aftermarket business.



Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and pursuing long term sales growth objectives and plans by planning and determining product margin, pricing and distribution policy consistent with the market

• Managing, supporting and following-up on the distributor’s activity

• developing strategic growth and marketing plans by engaging in regular visits to the customers and the market

• Responsible for implementation of the company’s aftermarket strategy

analysis of internal management reports and ensuring appropriate corrective measures

• • Providing timely feedback in areas of market requirements, customer issues, distributor activity, new business opportunities, competition and any other matters deemed to be important in order to grow the business

• Providing statistical evaluation of products & sales (historical analysis, business potential, etc.)

• Preparing and distributing monthly reports

• Statistical analysis of data for sales orientated project work
