• Programming, configuring and managing the entire Interactive Voice Response System(IVRS) of the Call Center
• Administering the Linux servers which runs the IP PBX Application
• Design and configure the call flow
• Programming the Asterisk IP PBX and coding in Java, PERL, PHP
System Administration
• Managing servers in the data center running both Windows and Linux Server OS
• Maintaining 24hrs network to be online
• Administering - windows domain, active directory, antivirus server, routine maintenance comprising cleaning log files, temp files, monitoring and checking hardware related issues, contacting support person from Hardware vendor in case of system failures
Database Administration
• Administration of SQL Database Server
• Clustering
• DTS to transfer data from live server to Dump and Archiving Servers
• Administering MySQL Database used for the Call Center IP PBX System
SAN Storage Administration
• Maintenance of SAN
• Partitioning & Allocation to database server, application server which are running on Linux and Windows Servers
• SAN drive details - HP EVA Array with 10 TB of data storage capacity
Backup Administration
• Daily Differential backup of the database on tape drives
• Weekly full backup of the database on tape drives
• Monthly backup of Call center recorded voice files
Networking
• Managing all the networking related issues in the data center
• Integrating with Trans AD and other external networks
• Configuration, management, trouble shooting of:
o Routers
o Firewall
o Core Switches
o Edge Switches
o DMZ Switches
o Load Balancer
• On call support for Data Centre
• Flexible on-call support during weekends and holidays, shared with other resources
Programming - - Secondary Task
• Mobile application development
• SQL Stored Procedures creation for
o Reports

o Applications
Application Support - Can be Trained after joining
• Monitoring and maintaining the various applications including:
o Communication Server Application
o Jobs Dispatch
o Revenue Processing
o Web Server
o Applications which handle and process the different types of data coming to the data center
o Application to synchronize data with Trans AD serve
Call Centre Desktop Support - Secondary - Can be Trained after joining
• General support on all technical issues related to desktops
• Support for other equipments like printers, IP Phones, UPS, etc
Customer Support - Secondary- Can be Trained after joining
• Attending the calls from Customers on various issues like
o Revenue problems
o Web portal issues
o Revenue discrepancy analysis and others
Working on maps - Secondary - Can be Trained after joining
• Manifold System used for GIS data manipulation
• Zone creation for maps in MDT device
• GIS attributes modification and Zone creation for Server maps
• Navteq Map date update every quarter for location information and address search
• Defining GIS attributes on UAE map for
o Zone perimeter definition
o Speed limit restriction
o Special tariff on certain zones
