•Management of the Consumer Good Demand Planning.

•Install a culture of forecasting and demand planning across the regions

•Develop and implement the Demand planning process

•Develop tools for AngoAlissar to improve the forecast planning of consumer goods

•Optimize the allocation of stock by warehouse, region channel

•Management of key performance indicators (KPIs).

•Control and adjustments of marketing and sales forecasts.

•Management and development of multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

•Responsible for collaborative-forecast projects with key accounts., areas and region
