Director of marketing - OPCO-IT

The main responsible for this role is to develop of marketing plans and meet the need of the customers and identify the target market. Also, he/she will be responsible for collect data about the competitors and develop polices to market the products of the target company.



Job task:

1- determine the overall objectives of the organization down to select the marketing objectives of each business unit in the group related to the activities specified in advance.

2- SWAT analysis is very important to be aware of.

3- build a comprehensive database about the market, competitors and everything related to the competitors such as their products, prices and marketing plans they already have.

4- do a survey and studies related to customers, competitors and the market as well.

5- amendment of the marking mix for some of the goods that suffer from problems in addition to the recommendation to remover failed goods and check the material loss with work to provide goods saturation needs and states of new consumers.

6- defining polices associated with identifying the brand name of the product/service and guaranteed provided to prefer as services associated with the commodity sold in addition to identifying improvised explosive size, color and forms.

7- setting targets ans promotion of appropriate tools for each commodity or service separately.

8- reporting regularly to senior management.
