Job Description
Our job mainly focusing on three areas, namely: Sales&marketing strategy; Sales Development; and Team Management.
Primary Purpose .The Sales Marketing Director, reports to the CEO of Company. This significant role will be responsible for total revenue goals of the whole world.
In Coherence with company Group growth Strategy develops a consistent sales strategy and implement sales plans and profile targets, insure the targets are met according to sale plan.
Determine annual marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Participate to establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Control sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Identify and develop business opportunities in main area. the USA, EMEA and Asia.
Lead the global Sales Team to expand our business in existing and new markets in different countries. Including global distributors.
Oversee & Manage the distributor Sales Team
Develop revenue-generating ideas and identify new business opportunities with existing clients and raise these with Director to realise into live projects.
Creative Development: Manage creative development process and demonstrate ability to assess and monitor creative proposals/concept development against creative brief and the client’s brand / business objectives.
Relationship Management: You will be developing and sustaining a strong, executive-level and mid-level client relationships.
The Successful Applicant
At least 10 years experience with a significant experience in hotel furniture sales Management.
Preferably with a previous experience in a hotel furniture/ hotel supplying manufacturer.
International experience:, mainly in the USA or Europe.
Knowledge of sale & project procedure for industrial equipment Open minded, Strong decision-making, Ability to coach, motivate, lead and drive a medium-large sales team. Fitting into group Value namely: INITIATIVE, RESPONSIBILITY ORIENTED, AUTONOMY, TRUST
Entrepreneurial and hand-on candidates looking for a big platform to grow.
Highly motivated and well organized, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and have good second language, with good oral and written.

Must be able to simultaneously manage several objectives, and reassign priorities.
Deal with a wide variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
